These AC Milan football shirts were signed by by Paolo Maldini on 2nd October 2025 in Milan and Andriy Shevchenko on June 9th 2026 in Surrey. This style shirt was worn on selected games by Shevchenko & Maldini for AC Milan during the 1999-2000 season. The shirt was created to celebrate the club's centenary year, based on designs from AC Milan's first shirt in 1899. This was Shevchenko's debut season with AC Milan, finishing the season as the clubs top goalscorer with 29 goals. Paolo Maldini spent all 25 seasons of his professional football career with Milan, retiring at the age of 41 in 2009.

Signing photo
The certificate for this product includes a photo of the sportspeople or celebrity signing one of the product line at the relevant signing session. For logistical reasons it is impossible to photograph every product being signed, but showing that the sportsperson or celebrity was present and signing items is, we believe, the best way to demonstrate the legitimacy of your products.
Numbered security hologram
Your certificate will come with a numbered security hologram, which will correspond to a matching, identically numbered hologram on your product. This ensures that the certificate can only be used to authenticate the item for which there is a corresponding number. If anyone attempts to remove either hologram it will destruct, so it is impossible to transfer the holograms to other items.
UK delivery
If you choose priority shipping at the checkout, we will aim to dispatch any order made before 12pm on a working day for delivery the following working day. Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not working days. Orders placed after 12pm are likely to take a day longer. If you choose standard shipping we aim to ship the item in 1-2 days. For orders of £175 and above, free standard shipping is available in the UK, apart from the Scottish Highlands and Islands. The cost of delivery will be shown during the checkout process. Yes, we use the same shirts you would buy from a club shop. If the shirt is older (not in current production) we buy official "retro" replicas made by the authorised manufacturers only.
