Gordon Banks made 679 appearances during a 20-year professional career and won 73 caps for England.
The England legend was voted FIFA Goalkeeper of the Year for six years in a row between 1966 and 1971.
During his 73 appearances for England, he kept 35 clean sheets.
A Stoke hero. In March 2011, he was inducted into the City of Stoke-on-Trent Hall of Fame.
The IFFHS named Banks the second-best goalkeeper of the 20th century, after Lev Yashin.
He pulled off a memorable save from Pelé's header against Brazil at the 1970 World Cup in Mexico.
Banks passed away on 12 February 2019.
