Singer Vera Lynn also known as the Forces’ Sweetheart. She became an important part of keeping the morale up during the war and would give outdoor concerts for troops.

Some of her most famous songs are "We'll Meet Again", "The White Cliffs of Dover", "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square" and "There'll Always Be an England".
