This photo was signed by Sir Ian Botham in a private signing session attended by Exclusive Memorabilia on September 9, 2011 in London. It shows Botham grabbing a stump in celebration after a sensational spell of bowling at Egbaston where he took five Australian wickets for just one run. It was one of many memorable performances during the 1981 Ashes.
All our signed memorabilia is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by a company director. It features a numbered hologram that matches an identical hologram affixed to your product, and details of when and where the product was signed. Our company number and details are included on the certificate.
Signing photo Each certificate includes, where possible and in the vast majority of cases, a photo of the sportspeople or celebrity signing one of the product line at the relevant signing session. For logistical reasons it is impossible to photograph every product being signed, but showing that the sportsperson or celebrity was present and signing items is, we believe, the best way to demonstrate the legitimacy of your products.
Numbered security hologram Your certificate will come with a numbered security hologram, which will correspond to a matching, identically numbered hologram on your product. This ensures that the certificate can only be used to authenticate the item for which there is a corresponding number. If anyone attempts to remove either hologram it will destruct, so it is impossible to transfer the holograms to other items.

UK delivery of unframed items We aim to dispatch all orders made before 12pm for delivery the following day, not including Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 12pm are likely to take a day longer. Unframed items to UK destinations are sent via DHL. The cost of delivery will be shown during the checkout process. A signature is required upon receipt. If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, the parcel will be taken to your nearest postal sorting depot and a card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve it.
UK delivery of framed items The estimated time of dispatch of preframed items will be shown on the product page. We will ship using DHL Express. A signature is required upon receipt. If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel or rearrange collection. Other framed items are framed to order. Upon receiving your order we dispatch the order to our framers in one working day. They require ten working days to frame the item, although it is usually much quicker, and will then dispatch the item direct to you by DHL Express. The cost of delivery will be shown during the checkout process. A signature is required upon receipt. If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, DHL will make two more attempts to redeliver, after which they will leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.
International delivery of unframed items We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, not including Saturdays and Sundays. All international unframed items are dispatched using DHL Express. Delivery time varies from 2-3 days for Ireland and the United States to 8-10 days for the Falkland Islands. Fees are calculated and displayed during the checkout process dependent on size, weight and destination. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies on international orders. We do not expect there to be any additional charges for international orders but we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for further information. A signature is required upon receipt.

PACKAGING & FRAMING
As standard, your photo will be delivered in a protective cellophane sleeve. However, you can choose to have it delivered in a presentation gift box, which not only looks great but can be used to store the photo in the future.
You might want to make your signed photo look even more special by framing it, in which case you should consider our specialist framing service. Deluxe framing is offered in a black frame with either a gold or silver inlay with a plaque stating who has signed the item.
After your purchase the item is sent straight to our framers where it is expertly mounted and framed to create a striking presentation. It will then be sent direct to you by the framers using a secure, trackable method of delivery. Please allow an extra 10 working days for delivery of items framed to order, although it is often a much shorter wait. Please contact us if you need your purchase by a certain date.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal. All our payments are made on secure, encrypted servers, using SagePay. If you wish to purchase items by bank transfer then please contact us to arrange. This can be helpful if you are shopping from a country which has a high risk of fraud, in which case your credit card may be automatically declined.
What currencies can I pay in?
You have the option to view our prices in Australian Dollars, Euros and US Dollars but the prices shown are only a guide. All orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling as shown on your order confirmation, and converted at the rate determined by your card issuer. If you want to know exactly what rate they charge you will need to contact your card issuer.
How do I know your items are genuine?
Authenticity is everything to us, and obviously it's vitally important to you as a customer.
We've been in the signed memorabilia industry since 2002 and the foundation of our business is the strength of the relationships we have with players and agents. We've built these up slowly by treating people honestly and fairly, and we do the same with customers. We ONLY sell products with original autographs, that have come from official signing sessions. Is the item match worn?
No, matchworn memorabilia is usually much more expensive and not something we sell.
You know these aren't supposed to worn, right...? We buy a selection of sizes (depending on availability from the manufacturer at the time), but we might be able to find a specific size if you want.
Can I make my order anonymous?
Yes, if you like. Just email or call us and we can send the packing note separately or not at all.

Are the football shirts you use official replicas?
Yes, we use the same shirts you would buy from a club shop. If the shirt is older (not in current production) we buy official "retro" replicas made by the authorised manufacturers only.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
On each product page it will state if an item is in stock or not. If the product you want to buy is out of stock or you can not find it then please use our contact form to tell us. We will let you know if and when it is back in stock, or if we are planning to do another signing with the sportsman you are interested in.
When I receive my item will the photo on the Certificate of Authenticity show the item being signed?
The photo will show the sportsman or celebrity signing one of the product line at the signing session listed on your certificate. For logistical reasons it is impossible to photograph every item being signed. Some of our items are authenticated by PSA/DNA or Beckett's, the leading authenticators in the United States. If this is the case this will be indicated on the product page and you will receive a COA issued by them.
